Tuesday evening, Tomkin and I took Ben out for dinner at Everest on Grand, which serves Nepali and Tibetan food. We wanted to thank him for replacing my hard drive after my computer crashed and for watching the dogs while we were in Grand Forks. The food was delicious (Ben tried the yak), and we had a great time talking politics, education, and dogs.

Ben-Tastic
