After we got settled in at home on Christmas night, Tomkin gave me a few more presents, including a "promise" ring. We decided that it's symbolic of our promise to get engaged. And it's gorgeous! The main stone is an east-west cut onyx, and there are four garnets on each side plus two rows of small diamonds below. I'm still getting used to wearing it--but I love it!
