Today my uncle Mike (a friend of the blog) hits the five-decade mark. Happy half-century, Michael! You don't look a day over 50. His lovely and not-old-like-her-elderly-spouse wife, Renee, will be celebrating a birthday on Wednesday. Happy birthday to you both!

Actually, he's doing one of the new ballet moves he learned in class. He had to take up ballet to limber up in his advanced years...poor Mikey!
AAhhhh yes, turning 50 just makes me that much wiser but the clock is ticking for all of us now isn't it? Exactly how long is it before the BIG 40 Jules? I am sure your WAFF will remind me when the time comes but by that time, she will be 60!! Woohoo!!
